For Jordan Berecz, a good pep talk has often come in the form of an A+ outfit. "If I had an interview, my mom would say, "Okay, let's go get an outfit." Wearing clothes that make you feel awesome helps your confidence," she says. While Jordan, a second-grade teacher, sticks to longer hemlines and avoids dry-clean-only clothes for school, this Florida native shows off her smart weekend style on Instagram (@jordanberecz) and on her lifestyle blog. "Teaching and blogging represent the different parts of my personality," she adds. "I'm a very nurturing person, so teaching fulfills that piece of me, while blogging takes care of my creative side and love of fashion."

My Outfit

My style is a mix of classic and feminine, but I'm drawn to neutrals. If I do include color in a look, it is usually with an accessory, or I'll choose to highlight it in just a single part of an outfit.

My Style Staples

I like classic pieces, such as a good pair of jeans, a trench coat, and a white button-up. These items don't go out of style, and you can continue to wear them season after season. A Burberry trench coat is on my wish list of dream closet items.

How Atlanta Has Shaped My Look

I have my own unique style that follows me wherever I go, but I also like shopping at local boutiques and wearing items that celebrate the city I'm in. Atlanta is much more urban than Florida. I wore a lot more Lilly Pulitzer, resort wear, and Jack Rogers back in my home state. Then I moved up here, and I realized that this city is definitely edgier. If I have a really feminine top, I prefer to wear a cool pair of shoes with it so it's not an all-feminine look or an all-edgy look. I like to have a combination of both.

My Makeup Must-Have

A good concealer. Even if I have 10 hours of sleep, I still have under-eye circles. I'm currently using a concealer by BareMinerals, but I also really like Bye Bye Under Eye by IT Cosmetics.

The Hair Products I Can't Live Without

My hair is really flat if I don't do anything to it, so I add texturizing spray to give it body. My favorite is the Kristin Ess Dry Finish Working Texture Spray, and it's only $14. Dry shampoo is another one of my go-to hair products: My current favorite is Not Your Mother's Clean Freak Refreshing Dry Shampoo.
